Plans for centers of interest and movement

Storyboard: as cards, easily shuffled for a paper edit.

I did not want any extra shots; computer animation is expensive.

It was about a woman,

and a man,

in their past and present environments.

Unable to connect with nature or each other

finally, at the end, they meet.

Visually, I worked to incorporate a 2D aesthetic in 3D space.

The characters were all ribbon-like or flat.

The film was included in a poster for SIGGRAPH 98.
